Bulk Milk Coolers (BMC) are designed to chill the milk at primary and cluster society levels. The chilling temperature of the milk varies from 4-5 degrees Celsius.

Bangalore Milk Union is equipped with 198 BMC and procures around 4,20,000 liters per day through tankers.
